The rep you sent out was great however there was some mix up between what numbers I was told on the phone and what they actually were I don’t know if that’s a sales thing to try to scare people about their water but I found it very off putting but the sales person was awesome

Our experience was exceptional. Maxine from the office called us and was friendly, professional and caring. Keelie came out the next day to test our water, provide solutions for our home and help us to understand our water problems. She was superb. Then Jay and Tyler came out the next day to install a water conditioner and an RO (Reverse Osmosis) unit. They were polite and professional. They installed the systems, explained how to use them and how to maintain them. The benefits to us so far are unbelievable. The ROI (return on investment) is unreal. Our dish soap and detergents have been cut in half or more! We have eliminated purchasing distilled water for our CPAP machines, no more bottled water, no more filters for the water in our coffee maker. The ice cubes in our ice cube maker are crystal clear, coffee tastes smoother, packaged soup from the store with our RO water is so full of flavors we did not know the soup had. What an experience and we did not know how lacking our water was until now.

Dan has his 10,000 to 20, 000 hours of experience in water softeners. Bright energetic, realistic, friendly, upbeat, and savvy. Felt like i was talking to a neighbor that could help me with any project. Wish he lived in the area in case a last minute repair event would happen. But with my new unit, that may never happen.

Great experience from start to finish. We did a free test through Home Depot and RainSoft called to offer additional testing at no additional charge. We read in several reviews that they don't 'hard sell' - that is very true, I actually had to ask for pricing and equipment myself, which I appreciated. Nathan was very thorough and knowledgeable, and explained everything so we understood it. I would definitely recommend using them for any of your water needs, I plan to take some next steps to get better drinking water!

The people here are super nice! We got the free water test from home depot. They sent someone else to do more testing no charge. Mr. Wells was super nice and very informative. I really enjoyed our interaction and all the information he shared. I wish we could afford to make these investment in out home but at this time it's just not in the card for us. Maybe in a few years well be ready, and when we are well definitely go through them.

Service man was very professional, work done quickly on the Osmosis drinking water. However, we were not told of the additional costs that would be yearly $300.00 if they come to the home, or $90.00 less, if we do it our selves on installing filters, plus another filter that needs to be changed every 2-3 years is an additional $200 (that makes it over $500 every 2-3 years. We know our water is not the best and are enjoying the good drinking water, but this total system for our home was a lot more expensive that we thought. However our prior system was not much cheaper. Everyone we worked with was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Excellent communications with arranging our appointment, and Brandon gave us a very personalize and indepth analysis of our present water condition. Didn't realize where our city water ranked in the state, especially in relation to lead levels. Good explanations and no pressure.

From start to finish the service was great. The water tech that came out to my house was great. The service guys that installed my water softener showed up right on time and only took a few hours to install. They were fast and efficient. Very respectable. I would recommend this Company for sure!

Dale came and tested my well water untreated from the well, after it was treated through the existing water softener (that is 23 years old and properly maintained) and through the RainSoft portable treatment system. The existing softener was working properly and produced water less than 500 ppm TDS. The existing RO system delivered water at 32 ppm which is under RainSofts 50 goal. I asked Dale to check the RO water for TDS. The tests did not include bacteria checks. That requires a separate test through another company. Dale promoted equipment to replace what I have if it becomes needed. For now, everything is in working order. I could add an additional system to remove the small amount of tannin. Tannin does not cause health issues and at 2 ppm does not affect taste. It has stained the inside of toilet tanks but not any part that is visible. There was no pressure to buy anything. Dale did a nice job conducting the tests and providing information along the way. His office did a good job of setting the appointment and making sure I was able to meet as scheduled.

Jason and Maxine helped me, I called Friday 830 am for service, by the same Friday 1pm system was serviced an operating,(actually did an upgrade on 20 yr old system) rather than change out shear pin. Since moving to Flushing address the service from rainsoft has improved. it was good before maybe waited 24 to 36 hours, but I have to say each time I called for service in last 24 months, I cannot say I waited for more than a business day, I greatly appreciate, thanks alot

First, I want to start by stating that I very rarely post reviews. If an experience is as bad as I’ve ever encountered, then I may. And, I generally only post a positive review when it’s been beyond my expectation. The experience with Nathan Darling was absolutely outstanding and far exceeded expectation. We happened to see the water test kit at Home Depot upon entering one day, and figured, what the heck, let’s give it a try. We did so because the home was purchased in February and we were experiencing significant water spots, etc. Plus, we just wanted peace of mind that the water was of good quality. Nathan was professional, polite, respectful of our time, thorough, and explanatory. He probably could’ve sold us everything under the sun because we know no better, but he didn’t. He was clear in what our situation was and what we needed to do in order to remedy. In a time where customer service can seem to be disastrous at best, Nathan was as great as it gets, in our humble opinion. Because of this experience with Nathan, our loyalty rests with RainSoft when it comes to our water.
