Purchased home in 2014 and it has an old Rainsoft system. Water in the past few months was tasting of iron and smelling of sulfur. Spoke with service person at RS of No Mi twice to trouble shoot. Ultimately scheduled a service call with possible installation of new system. Dan explained the issues with the existing system, discussed the necessary repairs, and then let me determine whether to repair or replace. No hard sell. We had a service call last week. Krystal was able to quickly get Dan the technician to correct a problem. He also changed a filter in our reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink. Originally we were happy with the product... until... a sediment issue started and had problem with some secondary filters like the reverse osmosis and washer water line... informed rainsoft and they scheduled a technician visit, the team is very friendly and knowledgeable and the customer support team fix the problem, now we are back to the happy mode with the filter system.... thanks for the support to the customer and system maintenance... great team Krystal S., Sarah G., Tyler M. 12/19/20 |

Dale is a very knowledgeable and friendly agent. He came over to perform tests on our house water. He did a great job explaining what the tests entitled and also what the results meant. I wanted to share the excellent service I received today on our Ultrefiner drinking water system. We called to have our filters replaced and a check up on the Rain Soft Water Treatment Conditioner System too. The service technician's name is Dan Phalen and he went above and beyond the call of duty. Dan found a leak from our sink drain and fixed it!! He thought nothing of it, but stop and think he saved me from having to wait for a plumber. I am very grateful, as this reminds me of the good old days when service with a smile was the norm!! I found Dan to be the type of service tech that is missing in today's world. I feel he truly enjoys his job. He was very respectful and has a kind demeanor. He was quick to find and fix the problem and explained what the problem was. He took the time to answer all my silly questions. Lol.

We are having a funky smell in our water and did a test at Home Depot. They sent us to RainSoft to have a professional come out and check our water. Mikkie was very personable on the phone while still being professional. Nathan was sent to our house, he was also very personable, friendly and still professional. He went through various tests, explaining everything to us and was also honest when he couldn’t find anything on his tests to account for our issue. He called other professionals to try and get additional information for us. He then put us in contact with another testing facility that will be able to delve deeper into our problem. I recently moved to Michigan and my water was very hard. I was impressed with Rainsoft folks when they thoroughly explained what the product did and what I was looking for. Everyone was very courteous and respectful. They came when promised and cleaned up everything when completed. It was pricey but well worth it.
