During routine maintenance of my air conditioning system the technician gave me I received an honest and fair appraisal of the efficiency of my 23 year old system. It used the old R22 freon and it was low. They could have topped off the system and charged me for the old expensive R22 but they advised against it considering how inefficient it was operating. A couple of weeks later Andy came out and gave me a proposal to upgrade the entire system. The price is what I was expecting but considering it's already late August, I'll wait until next April and call Morris Heat & Air to install a new and more efficient system.
Today Morris Heating & Air Conditioning installed a whole new system. My installers were Kevin, Bobby and Leo. They were very professional, thorough and cleaned up everything when they finished. They briefed on the new system and its operation. We are very pleased with the purchase and installation and will recommend Morris Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone needing maintenance or upgrading old systems. Had them install 2 heat pumps and 4 heads. Smooth process from start to finish. The sales guy I dealt with, Andy, is a class act - very comfortable with the give and take of negotiating, patient, and flexible. Knows the products and was able to give me a quote on the spot. I had to replace a 25 years old central air-conditioning system. I got 4 estimates from 4 different HVAC companies and Chris Z. from Morris Heating and Air-Conditioning gave me an estimate (Lennox-18 Seer), that was by far the most competitive of the 4, by far! Chris responded to all my questions by email within one business day-very responsive.

I am very pleased with my new Mitsubishi ductless ac/heat system so far! Chris gave a very thorough explanation of the units themselves , as well as the cost and available rebates at the first visit. I had three units installed over three days and Kevin and Bobby did most of the interior and exterior home installation with John installing the electrical panel. They arrived promptly at 7 every morning and work was done in a timely fashion with all areas cleaned up. Starting with Chris who came to the house to evaluate the type of air conditioning I needed, answered all of my questions and answered questions that came up after our visit by phone, I met with other companies and the reason I went with Morris is because of Chris. and how comfortable he made me in making a decision. Now for the installation, I couldn't be happier with the service that Joel and Leo gave me. They did not disrupt my house, they were pleasant to work with and again, they answered my questions. Chris texted a personal introduction (background about him as person) announcing his arrival exactly as scheduled. He then introduced himself in person when he got to our home and explained what he would be doing and in what order. I am writing about the professionalism of your installers Manny and Cody. They were at our home for two days this past week, and they did not disturb our family in any way. They wore booties when they had to come into the house and they moved all the furniture necessary to gain proper access to their work areas. Both men were friendly, explained the work they were doing and demonstrated the operation of the system and the remote control units.

Peter from Morris Heating and Air Conditioning arrived this morning to service our Air Conditioning system. He arrived on time, was very courteous, and finished promptly. Service people like Peter (and the others from Morris Heating, in the past) are why we will continue to use this company going forward. Up to this year, Morris has only serviced our Air Conditioning system, but going forward we are moving our heating system service to them as well (from another local company). We started using Morris Heating when we first moved to our home a couple years ago, and everyone who has been to the house has been great. We feel lucky to have found them. We recently had Peter come to help with a problem, and he was fantastic. Peter was determined to find the source of a noise that was coming from our heating vents in the house. The sound was driving us crazy and we were also concerned that maybe something was wrong and would damage the furnace we had installed last spring (installed by Morris - again, amazing service) Peter explained what he was looking for, and once the problem was found to be an old duct issue, he took care to fix with care. His professional, patient, and friendly attitude, combined with his obviously clear understanding of how our entire heating system worked was really great.
I also want to add how wonderful Caitlin is - she is the receptionist and is the person who always answers the phone when we call Morris. First, she is great - listens to our questions and really helps us out with scheduling or whatever we need, and is also so patient, kind and follows through with everything. Plus, it is great to have a real person answer rather than just a recording asking you to leave a voicemail and always have to wait for a call back. With Caitlin, if you ever do have to leave a message, we can be sure she will always call back quickly.

Our heating system died in the middle of winter. Morris had our new system installed, up and running within two days. And it's fantastic.
Mike was here within an hour of the fire department leaving and had Chris Z. on his way the next morning to advise me about a replacement. The next day, Manny, Don and Sean were so professional, tidy and pleasant when they installed it.

We had four Mitsubishi mini-split ductless units installed inside our home with two Mitsubishi compressors placed outside. Chris set up placement and was our go-to person at Morris with two on site visits. Manny and Mario did the install which took five days. We received a contract w/ estimate three weeks before the start date, delayed because of our schedule.
We communicated with Chris by cell phone, text and email, all responses were prompt and our questions / concerns were all dealt with with professionalism and a high level of expertise. Our discussions revolved around options for different units, location of units and various supply lines inside and outside the house and also scheduling. Chris was totally on the mark with all of these.
Mario and Manny were prompt, hardworking, communicative and upbeat. We have had many subcontractors doing work at the house over the years and Manny and Mario did an exemplary job. They even repaired a door to a deck which they used a lot and which I had neglected to fix myself.

The Morris Team, Zaremba and the installers Kevin, Bobby and John, replaced our broken air source heat pump (ASHP) quickly and smoothly with another, larger ********** multizone unit, They get an overall A for their professionalism, responsiveness and quality. I am very pleased with the service I received. Morris scheduled the appointment quickly, and Peter R. arrived promptly today for a routine servicing for the old gas furnace I inherited when I bought my house. He was very thorough and professional, explained what he was doing and why, including checking supply and return, possible carbon monoxide leakage (thankfully zero), filters, thermostat, and efficiency. As requested, he gave me an overview of the options to consider, since my furnace is 22 years old and will probably need to be replaced sooner rather than later.
