We had first called another plumbing company - who didn't bother to return our call. Goettl's representative, Derick, came out the same day. He was very professional, very efficient, and very friendly. He found the problem (a leak at our water meter hook-up) and knew immediately that the leak was on the city side of the meter and he could not legally do anything to fix it. But he knew exactly whom we should call. He had done all the hard work (digging the dirt out around the meter) and exposed exactly where the leak was coming from - making it a simple thing for the city to fix. I am new to the area and this is the first time that I have used Goettl's AC service. I am thoroughly impressed and more than satisfied with the service provided by Adrian I. He was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable of the unit he was servicing and able to communicate to me the state that my system was in. Always excellent service by the employees. HOWEVER, parts of the company need serious review and revision. The after-hours answering service is very poor; so if you need something on a weekend or after hours, you are up the creek without a paddle. The website is good, but the "Chat" button connects to Reviewbuzz, not anyone working on behalf of the company.

They replaced our entire propane heating and AC system. Also had ducts sealed with Aeroseal. All completed in one day! Everyone was very professional. My certified technician was Derick Fringer. Derick was professional and very personable. He completed the job in less than an hour.
Derick left the area as he found it. He discussed the various plans to maintain the vent system, the water heater system and a few other items.
I talked to him about cleaning our drier vent. After looking at it he stated we did not require a service for this then explained how to perform the cleaning technique.
Derick’s professionalism,thoroughness, and honesty has won my loyalty as a returning customer.
I appreciate the service Goettl’s performed.

Derick was prompt, courteous, and answered all of my questions when he came to give me an estimate for the work I wanted done.
When he returned to perform the work (replace two toilets), again he was courteous (called me in advance to let me know he was on his way and gave me an estimated arrival time), prompt (he arrived when he said he would), got to work immediately and not only finished the job quickly (not rushed), but cleaned up after himself. He was respectful of the fact that I was working and wasn't disruptive (noisy).

Goettl High Desert always is responsive, professional, reliable and reasonable when we have HVAC problems. They show when they say they will and they fix the problem reliably. They'll always be my first call.
I needed them again recently. I was away from my home when I needed the repair, and they willingly worked with a neighbor, contacting her on their arrival and got us back up and running with a difficult repair, rewiring some rodent destroyed wires. It's good to be cool! Kelly L. 06/22/19 |
