We had our original air conditioner system installed almost 18 years ago by Goettls. We always had excellent service with them so when our system needed repair two weeks ago we called them. They were unable to repair our system but walked us through replacing it. They were very professional and prompt and got our house cooled down during the hottest week of the summer. Greg is an excellent technician. He arrived both days on time, was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and made sure that we had a clear understanding of what needed to be done and the cost. Since the job was going to take much longer than he was scheduled for, he made a initial repair and then scheduled us for later in the week to fix the problem. On his return, he was again very professional and friendly and had the repair completed in a timely manner. Should we need another repair, we would definitely request Greg A.

Goettl's came out today to balance my new A/C unit. They sent out technician Shane B. He did a great job. He added some refrigerant to my system and adjusted the air flow in the vents. Had new heat pump (heat & cooling) installed in our 30 plus year old home. Goettl's did a very nice job with the install, and followed up when the system was out of balance, blowing too much air in one part of our home. Shane from quality control came out and got everything dialed in and we are happy campers. We had Greg Ashby from Goettl service our two units. He had to add freon,the out of date type, and explained why this type of freon is now very expensive and what I am facing in the future. Justin P was a likeable guy who answered my questions so I could understand. I have been using Goettl's for the 4 years that we have lived in Prescott Valley. Justin was very professional the entire time. Based on the time spent on each unit and the follow-up service report, Justin was also very thorough in his work. I would like very much if Justin was assigned to all future servicing or repairs on both homes.

We recently purchased a whole system of air conditioner and furnace. Although this review is under Shane's name, he is not the only one we wish to mention. Our decision started with Cindy who is at Costco who was wonderful and informative; the installers were all polite and efficient. Shane did the quality control after the installation and made a few minor adjustments and explained the system again. All in all, we have nothing but good things to say about Goettl's and recommend them highly as an honest, efficient company. I've been with Goettles' for many years and have been very happy. I've never posted before so I would've commented on the others. But now, Greg was my service man yesterday and he was superb. He was quick, efficient, clear about what needed to be done. He knew IN ADVANCE what my a/c issue was because he already knew a particular part from China was malfunctioning for many people so he had the replacement before he even checked it out. I had several problems on my new system and a tech had come out earlier for yearly maintenance and discovered a problem He thought he fixed it, said not sure, and of course there was still a problem Adrian came out, 90 degrees outside, and went to work, found the leak on the hot roof ( a fitting going inside to the air handler, and did the flare fitting over, and FIXED.
