My preliminary quote was presented as a no higher than estimate. My perception at that time was that our project was initially quoted high. However I still committed to Genz Ryan. In the end the work done was acceptable but there was far less time involved to complete our project than what was originally estimated. I believe there should have been some concession regarding final bill, however none was offered.

Genz-Ryan put the initial heating/air conditioning system when we had purchased our home. They have stood behind their product over and above what they needed too. Service has been exceptional and very friendly. We have retained their services including annual checks because of the absolutely positive experience we have had with them. I recommend them highly.
