Sharon, the wonderful woman who answered my call this morning was extremely helpful and pleasant. She was friendly and very helpful. I called because I didn't believe my newly installed hot water heater was working properly. She got John to come to my house today to check it out. called in the am for service on my rinnai water heater. John arrived within an hour same day of call. turned out to be the gas regulator not the water heater. he drove to the supply house for the part and returned same day rather than reschedule. had it fixed by 6 p,m same day. parts were about what i would have had to pay myself. Labor was 360.00. Seemed fair for the amount of time spent. would recommend to others in fact i recommended to my neighbor today. great job John from Devlin John G. 12/19/20 |

John with Devlin Plumbing did the service call - same day service which was a lifesaver. Our house sits back and down below street level so we were required to have a sewage grinder or grinder pump to run out to the main sewer line. I have used Devlin several times and they are awesome!!! They send you a picture of who is coming to fix repair. John did mine and he has done another he is very polite and very nice. I contacted Devlin at 8:45 monday morning, also indicating that it wasn’t an emergency. Shannon informed me that a tech would be there by noon. I received a call at 10 a.m. indicating a tech could be there shortly as he was in the area and just completed a job, (if that was convenient for us). John arrived at 10:30 and was done by 11:15.
