Called and the technician was here with in 2 hours on a Friday afternoon. Preston listen to what I perceived was the problem. He then began to systematically work on resolution of the problem. He was polite, very professional and paid great attention to detail. He had to dig up a section of lawn and was careful with the grass and when he left you would not know it had been touched. Preston did a fine job with the repair, but the company uses a price per job pricing format. My job was a simple 15 minute $25 valve replacement that their standard rate was $350 which is $1,300 per hour for my repair, which is nuts.
