Was very impressed with Sharon who answered the phone arranged for someone to come out. They dispatched John G. who was a god send. He diagnosed my problem. He went out a got the part and repaired it. He explained all of my options of repair. I made an appointment a couple of days ago for today. The scheduler/phone answerer, stated my scheduled time is Wednesday 2 to 3 ish. It' now past 8 pm.
Today, at 4:30 I called the office and left a message with the recording. At 5:05, I called again. The call was forwarded to Devlin Corporate. Corporate claimed the local area office closed, but pulled the records and confirmed, I indeed had an appointment today. She informed me she would reach out to the technician and he will call me back. Once again this occurred at 5:05 and it's now 8 PM
I also replied to their confirming text message at 6:43 for an update. Still no reply.

John does a thorough job of checking out the problem. I called for diagnosis of hot water heater and leaky faucet problem. He thoroughly diagnosed the heater and later did a nice job in replacing it. With the faucet as he was diagnosing it, he replaced the cartridge. Unfortunately, I thought he was still diagnosing and hadn't received the estimate until after the job was done.
