This was the second time this week we've had a need for Devlin Plumbing. Both Dustin and his brother Preston were our service providers today and were equally professional and courteous. With plumbing that is close to 40 years old, repairs can be tricky, but these guys were more than able to tackle the job. We recently moved into our home which has a gas log fireplace, for which the previous owner left no owner's manual or operating/care instructions. John G came out and showed us how to operate, adjust the flame, and how to remove and replace the glass and screen. He cleaned and inspected the unit. We used Devlin Plumbing to have several shower heads installed. They called before the appointment to make sure we were home, they showed up on time and replaced our shower head according to the quote I received. My husband asked for a second shower head to be replaced while the plumber was here. He dit it without any problems. I had a local company closer to my home and I went through a 3 week wait to find out that the job would have cost me 3 times the amount, and the Company added things that weren't needed with my ventless unit. When it rains it pours! Today we had doctors appointments, our dog had to be evaluated for day care by 8am and toilet leaking at the base at 6am! Called Devlin when they opened at 8 and immediately felt better! The (very plesant) woman taking my call said they would have someone there within a half hour. About 10 min or so later I received a call from Keith from Devlin. He wanted to advise me that due to a flat tire my technician would be running a little late but he would be there shortly, what an outstanding manner in which to run a company! Now to my technician. Preston was the tech' and another individual, Dustin. Preston was like seeing an old friend as he worked on my kitchen sink a while ago. He was as professional, knowledgeable and friendly as before. He fixed the problem and explained what he was doing as he worked and cleaned everything up when the job was completed. I can't say enough about Devlin Plumbing or Preston. I also need to state that Dustin was also a great representative for the company. I definitely would reccomend Devlin Plumbing to anyone in the need of plumbing services.
