Preston was polite, and worked very clean. They showed up quickly, and completed the work satisfactorily. The only down side was the minimum $185 charge. It would be better if they charged hourly. I called Devlin to replace my hot water heater because they had such a high rating and they lived up to the hype.
They set me up with an appt for 8:30 am on MOnday. When the estimator realized that his boss scheduled a meeting for that time he called and asked if it was ok to reschedule. We pushed the appt off by an hour and he was there on time. The estimate was realistic and included items that others had overlooked. After I agreed to the price he asked when I would want them to come out and if that afternoon would be ok to which I said "Yes!"
He called the office and within an hour they were onsight working on it and within about 2 hours the old water heater was gone and the new one completely installed. The work was need and clean, a first rate job,.
Devlin just became my go to plumber for all my needs.
