Zach came on a Saturday, around 7pm, because our furnace had stopped producing heat, and outside temp was 25 F. He quickly determined the problem...but then, he made another trip back to the office to find the part we needed. He returned to our home, and fixed our furnace. Val has been to our home on a couple of occasions to address our plumbing needs. He is very knowledgeable, and more importantly is always extremely professional and friendly. Just had a leak in our older than dirt Delta shower single lever 600 series faucet. Got a lot of advice from DIYs and the internet to get the cap off the faucet to fix it ourselves. Didn't work, had to call a plumber. Called a Belo competitor because we did not know Belo did plumbing. Got a $2095 bid for a supposedly M-F fix. Called Belo after a friend suggested them and they came in with a bid of $750. We were without water for a couple of days but, for that kind of savings it was worth it. It was their 5 star reviews that tipped the scales for us too. The other company did not have that at all. The job was finished quickly and no fuss or muss. They deserve the 5 star ratings they get. Just a note. These folks came out, priced a new furnace for me when my 26 year old one died. got an install date within 6 days of me having financing. Showed up on time on target. Got it in and the old one out in 7 hours for the price quoted AND swept the basement floor afterwards. Very cold and our furnace decided to take a vacation. Called emergency number Ken P came back from New Athens (he had just got home) to fairview heights.
