Colby H. was the repairman who came out to fix my water heater. He was thoroughly professional and explained everything he did. He made sure I didn’t have any additional questions or concerns when he finished the repairs and before he left. Colby came to my house and did a repair to the outside faucet. He had to go through the wall and to get to it and you can’t even tell he was even here because he left it so clean. Beloman of Belleville, IL has been my service for heating and air conditioning for more years than I can count now and they have always been very professional, efficient and courteous. They have been able to keep my 24 year old furnace and air conditioner in tip-top shape with only minor repairs needed. Their service professionals are always timely and conscious of being in someone else's home, taking care to clean up after themselves and take time to explain what they are doing and what the current condition of your units are when leaving.
