John K came out to diagnose whether our 18,000 btu window ac was repairable after it quit blowing cold air. He arrived promptly within the scheduled timeframe, thoroughly checked everything that could have gone wrong, found the locked up compressor, & attempted everything he could to repair it with the tools & parts on-hand. It was not able to be repaired, but John clearly explained every aspect of the problem & step he took to try to fix it, & i absolutely felt that he tried everything. I called today to talk to Mark because I didn’t understand some of the bill items. He got right back to me and explained everything line by line which is something I really appreciate for someone my age. He was patient, kind and assured me that we have a good water heater.
