Nothing like a hero to come out when it is cold. John came out once and after a cat and mouse game that my heater was playing with him (it would work if he was looking and would stop when his back was turned. What can I say, the heater knew that Belo was not one to fool with) But after seeing it in person he was able to create a diagnosis and is working like a charm. I just have to say that from now on I will always call you guys. My service wasn't an emergency but I was called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted to move my appointment up and I said sure! It took no time and he explained the problem. We began getting email notifications of a potential problem with our new system several days ago. Even though it was a holiday weekend, Zach Hawthorne came out to check out the situation and recommended replacement of some of the potentially faulty equipment. The system was still heating, thankfully, during some of the coldest weather in a long time, and Zach realized the situation being resolved was important to us. He ordered replacement parts immediately and as soon as they were available, he came out to remedy the problem. He made his cell phone number available to us in case the situation became critical. We thank Zach and all of the Beloman service team for a job well done and also done with attention to our personal needs and comfort at a difficult time. Frozen pipes? What do you do? My 87 year old mom could not get water. She lives in a modular home and I have no idea what to do. The first plumber I called would not come out due to policy, something about heating pipes and fires and modular homes not mixing. Beloman to the rescue. New Years Day, *** was taking the emergency calls. He said they would have someone out the next day. Again, ***** *. to the rescue. Within 2 hours mom had water. Mom was lucky. Her modular has water pipes wrapped in heat tape and a wire that heats up to keep the water lines open. Someone had pulled the plug on the wire. ***** saw it, updated the plug, and we had water shortly thereafter. I WAS RELIEVED. MOM WAS OVER THE MOON. Beloman, your the best. Both workers: Joshua and Gage were great My furnace was starting to go out in extreme cold temperatures. Joshua found out it was the gas valve. He thought they were going to have to order it. My furnace started not working right. it kept shutting itself off soon after it would switch on. as a result it wasn't heating the house. Called BELOMAN. they were able to come out the same day.
