Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, fast, yet thorough.
The thing I like best about his service today was the patience and respect he demonstrated while answering what I'm sure were very basic, rudimentary questions. His manner made me less self-conscious thereby freeing me up to actually learn something.

Pat communicated before our appointment that the rain precluded using the electric power router on our downspout . He called again when the rain let up, and told me he was on his way.

I had a small issue and when I called they worked to make sure I was taken care of that day. Adam came to our house assessed the situation, gave me an over view of how he would proceed and even pointed out possible complications he may encounter. He said the work would take an hour but then he completed the job in 30 minutes. What always impresses me is that had I nor known Adam was there I would not have been able to tell. It was Tom H who came to deal with and fix the toilet. My grandson had tried everything he knew to get the toilet to flush but . . . Tom arrived just 5 minutes or so after he said he'd be here and within 10 more minutes the toilet was working like a charm. What he said about my grandson's efforts is what endeared me to Armbrust, i.e., Tom said, "Good for him for trying!!" In my 51 years of living in the same home and having service people out for one repair and another, this is a first! Thank you Tom! Tom Heyman from Armbrust Plumbing and Heating saved the day! When my daughter called me at work today to say that the toilet had overflowed and was leaking through the fire alarm in the ceiling below, I knew we had an emergency. I wasn't able to leave work and called several plumbing companies who were not able to get me help for several hours, but the Armbrust company came through with Tom who responded quickly and completely resolved the plumbing problem. He went the extra mile for us, even taking care of the sparking fire alarm. His professionalism, efficiency, and competence are the qualities that make a business exceptional. They've always been prompt at getting back to us when we've called (our furnace and A/C have broken down at the worst times). Service has been great. Quality of the equipment sold has been very good. They replaced our mid-70s furnace and A/C in 2003 and 2011, respectively. (Today, after 13 years of trouble-free operation, our blower motor failed. Jeff B. quickly diagnosed the problem and had it replaced in just under an hour. From what I can tell, their prices are very competitive; we certainly have never felt taken advantage. Alan was great! We had an unpredictable plumbing mystery, but thanks to Alan's knowledge and methodical reasoning, he was able to step us through the best approach to solving the problem. He presented us with multiple options and explained the potential costs and risks of each. In the end I felt very comfortable with his recommendation and he solved the problem for us (much quicker than I thought possible). Over the years, we have used Armburst Plumbing for all our home plumbing work. These projects have ranged from small repairs to major bath/kitchen remodeling, and installing sump pumps. We have always been very satisfied with the work performed. The plumbing work that was completed by ``Tom H.'' on July 28, 2015 lived up to all our prior experiences. Tom called before arriving, he was on time, did the required repairs very efficiently, told me what work had to be done and answered my questions.
