Todd and Paige were very professional, polite and went right to work cleaning my white carpet. We had construction workers that tracked through the living room leaving a dark streak from the kitchen all the way down the hall. Todd did a great job on our kitchen rug. We had lots of troublesome spots that he was able to get out. He asked for feedback during the job and was very accommodating. My arrival window was 2:30 to 4:00 but at 3:15 I got a call from Miguel apologizing and saying that he and Todd were running late and would be there as soon as possible, but within an hour. The Chem-Dry Team cleaned our carpet and upholstery on 3 pieces of furniture that were long overdue for a cleaning. They worked hard to remove some long-time stains and the carpet and furniture look great! I had no trouble making a convenient appointment, they arrived on time and they were friendly. Alex and Migel arrived on the time that was established prior to our cleaning. Introductions were made and they proceeded to check our areas to be cleaned. They answered my questions and got right to work.

The Team called us to request the time be pushed up a bit. That was convenient for both us and your team, and they showed up in the time stated. Presented us with the bill, did a great job on the carpets as was explained in the booking of apt. Offered information about other services, in particular the length of time we would be keeping the carpets and if we needed additional protection. Both were careful with their equipment and respectful of our home. Especially liked the idea that there was no residue order on our carpeting! They were professional and cordial as well.
