I was very pleased with the thorough job that the two men from ABC Chem-Dry did on my living room rug. They went beyond what was required. They were also very good with my dogs. He worked very very hard on our sofa as it is light colored and we have two small dogs. The citrus smell of the products was very refreshing. He cleaned himself right out to the front door entrance. The morning of my appointment Todd called to confirm the appointment time. Called again to let me know they were running slightly behind schedule, he didn't want me wasting time waiting around. When they arrived they were personable and efficient. My carpets have years of wear and tear from 4 busy boys (19,16,13 and 7) along with all their friends. Not to mention my large Lab with an oily coat. Carpets looked great and smelled great again! Asked Todds advice for frequency of carpet cleaning- Typicaly yearly but in my case he suggest 6 months! My husband and I couldn't be happier for the way our carpet looked and felt after Todd cleaned it. Todd was so friendly and sincerely interested in pleasing us. We had and extremely bad high traffic area we had tried to shampoo out many times and never were really satisfied and it always came back within a short time. We were thinking we would have to spend a large amount and buy new carpet if the ChemDry treatment did not work. It worked!!! Todd saved us a big expense. He had had a very bad day with his truck breaking down, having no help for the day and running late due to the breakdown, and it was a very hot day. In spite of all this, he took his time and could not have been more courteous. He had called and said he would be running late and our original time was between 2:30 and 4:00 so we went out and decided that if we were back by 4:00 we would not miss him. Well he came at 3:30 and even though we were not there he sat in his truck for half an hour. We arrived home at 4:05 and just missed him. We had new furniture coming the next day and really needed it done that day. He did return and couldn't have been nicer about it. I would highly recommend Chem-Dry and Todd to everyone. They are the BEST!

Todd and Mick called 20 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive to say they were on their way. When they arrived, they were very friendly, informative, and got right to work. I appreciated all their help and knowledge... and they assured me that if I have any concerns with the work completed, I can call and they will return to make sure everything meets my satisfaction. I have used their company many times in the past... and one year tried a different company that a friend recommended... I was so disappointed with the other company and their poor attitude. I had Bill and Alex from ABC Chem-Dry clean my living room carpet, and while they were here they gave me a quote for my two couches and chair, so I had them clean those as well. I have had my carpet cleaned before from another company, but I was very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of these two gentlemen and ABC Chem-Dry, and will definitely use their servers from now on. They spent about two hours and were very detailed, making sure to clean every inch of the carpet and furniture. My furniture almost looks brand new after this! They were very friendly to my golden retriever as well. When I called to make my appointment they assured me that what they use to clean the carpets is completely safe for pets and children, which was important to me with a 3 year old and 5 month old at home. They told me that everything they use is green certified, and is actually rated safe for human consumption. I would recommend ABC Chem-Dry to anyone needing their carpets or furniture cleaned.
