I like the fact that before the date of my service I received an email with a picture of who would be arriving to my home. Bill called ahead of time as he was running a bit earlier which was fine. I thought he did a fabulous job. He did explain extra add-ons to my current service and I didn't feel pressured one bit to pay for those additional services. I thought the price was fair for what I had done and I definitely feel I will refer to ABC Chem-Dry in the future. Bill W. 08/29/18 |

Alex and Todd just finished cleaning my carpet and area rug and they look like brand new! The area rug was under the kitchen table and I had considered getting a new but no need. The guys were friendly and accomodating on this 90 degree day. They came a little earlier but called ahead to check if it was okay. I will definitely call Chem-Dry in Utica NY again. Todd from ABC Chem-Dry was very knowledgeable and explained the value packages to me when he first arrived and after examining the carpet with his blue light and glasses for pet stains. We had a very sick dog that left a huge amount of stains on our carpet. We thought we would have to replace the carpet even after the carpets were cleaned.
When Todd finished with PURT and carpet cleaning ; our carpet looked like new. We are so happy with the results. Thank you Chem-Dry! Thank you Todd for all of your hard work!
Todd was very respectful and courteous. He has a very pleasant demeanor and made me feel very comfortable. He even gave me a price quote for having our leather furniture cleaned and did not make me feel rushed considering his very busy schedule for the day.

We have had different carpet cleaners in the past, none compare to the job ABC Chem-Dry has done.
Our technician, Todd, was very efficient, polite and knowledgeable in his field. He worked in a timely manner and answered all of our questions.
Todd is also very personable, with great communication skills, and that is very important when working with the public. We are very pleased with our cleaned and restored carpet.

Before I brought my car into ABC Chem-Dry, it was completely unbearable to drive... I'd highly recommend them. Alex and Miquel (Mick) did an amazing job.
Huge coffee stain , soda stain and a lot of traffic dirt in the living room and den.
Watching the guys work, it was easy to see they had this down and worked together as a good team.
I've had ABC Chem Dry clean my carpets at least 2 decades if not every year, every other. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
