We have used ABC Chem Dry several times for cleaning our carpets.
They usually send 2 men to move the furniture and put it up on styrofoam blocks.
The last time only Alex came. He did a decent job however in the bar room there was a bunch of dirt left in the corner that (in my mind) should not have been left after vacuuming, and this was left after cleaning. The furniture was not put up on blocks either. It is possible that the process has changed or maybe it is to much for one person to do alone. Next time i will watch more closely before i sign off on the job. MH Alex D. 12/03/14 |

I had a very old sofa cleaned by Alex. He did an amazing job - the colors in the 25 year old sofa looked fantastic (and smelled great too!) I also had an area rug cleaned as well and was very satisfied. My first experience with ABC Chem-Dry was through my place of employment. Annually we have Alex come in and clean 3 to 4 rugs - he is always professional and very courteous. It was these behaviors that led me to choose him to come into my home. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS RECEIVED WHEN THE SPOTS ON MY RUGS WERE ELIMINATED BY DYEING THEM. BILL DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I had Brian and Todd do an assortment of things: carpet, rugs, furniture and even our motor home. They were very friendly, professional and determined to do a good job.
