Our furnace broke so we called AA Service, Brock came out the next day and gave us a pressure free estimate. We decided a few days later to go with them, they set the appt and we were set. I can't speak highly enough about the service I received today from Jason B and his team. My home was probably cleaner when they left than before they got here. The team was meticulous and very respectful to the rules and regulations imposed by my condo association. The price was exactly what I had been quoted even though Jason's team went beyond what had been committed to (like completely replacing some electrical wiring that needed replacing). I was extremely pleased with my semi annual service performed by Lance P. When I first scheduled my appointment, they told me my service technician would arrive between 8:00 am - 8:30 am. Today, the day of my appointment, Lance called me at 7:45 am to say he would be at my home in 15-20 minutes. When Lance arrived, the first thing he did was put on his shoe covers so he wouldn't track dirt in my home. He went downstairs to the furnace room after he checked the thermostat. 40 minutes he was finished serving my furnace & humidifier along with changing my filter & purifier pad. They come in at the scheduled time like clockwork, they do the service efficiently and professionally, and then, at the end of the visit, they make sure the paperwork is in order too.
