Scott paid me a maintenance call yesterday and he was terrific. He explained what he was doing and when he found that my drain was clogged (water pump heating and cooling) he fixed that problem and also put our water alarm so that it automatically shut down the system so that I would not have water damage in my condo. Excellent and prompt service! Tim B. arrived soon after our call for help to restore our heat. It was a very cold day. With a look into the furnace he diagnosed the problem; a cracked igniter. He had a new one in his truck and within a half hour, we had heat again. He also inspected the rest of the furnace; no other problems. Tim is really personable and an expert professional.
