Tommy S, on 11/9/15 was over to my house to clean and check my furnace. He arrived in the time frame that I was given when I set up the appointment. I was totally satisfied with the work he performed in servicing my furnace. He was very competent and displayed a thorough knowledge of the workings of my specific Carrier brand model. In addition he is extremely courteous and polite. I was able to ask him various questions about the condition of my furnace without feeling that I was "bothering" him. He always answers my questions with respect and in detail. I have been using AA Service Co. for a number of years and I have never completed a review of a technician before. We have been using AA Service for years to service our heating and AC. We are on the service plan that includes annual checks for each system. The technicians are unfailingly efficient, courteous, thorough, and responsive to questions. I particularly appreciate that they do not try to sell us upgrades even though much of our equipment is quite old.
