Petr G. has been our heating and cooling technician the better part of 15 years. I always request him. He is usually available when I can be home to have him come out for the service call. AA Service Co and Scott S are great. He got here fast after an emergency call. Came in and diagnosed the problem right away, explained what was needed and what it would cost and HAD THE PART IN HIS TRUCK!!!
Scott got the furnace back to "burning water" and cleaned up the furnace, too. Explained how the boiler worked and that it had passed it estimated life expectancy, but seemed to have been well maintained. Also explained that technology had improved in the 30 years I'd had this boiler. If (when) I need another one, I'll call AA Service and hope Scott is available. Great sense of humor, well read and efficient worker. Would love to sit down over coffee or a beer and just talk with him. Ask for Scott S if you need repairs. Scott S. 01/06/16 |

We have been using AA Service for many years now and have always been very satisfied with our encounters with the sales, service, and office personnel. AA Service is a very professional organization. The office staff is always very helpful and their system for reminding people of their appointments is very buttoned-up. Our interactions with Scott in sales were very good. He is honest and helpful. What more can you ask of a salesperson?
We just recently had our annual furnace check. Scott S. was our technician. He was prompt for our appointment and was thorough and honest. We have a very old furnace and he could have easily told us that we had to have our furnace replaced immediately and we would have believed him. Rather, he made sure everything was working properly, informed us that we should get a sales quote somewhere in the near future so that we would know what our costs would be should our very old furnace decide to die. We spoke with Scott S. for a short while and he let us know how important it was to him to work for a reputable organization such AA Service. He's been with them for about 3 years and has been in the HVAC business all his working life. He is proud of his work and of the company. AA Service Co. is the best! Our old heating unit died on New Year's Day. But AA Service Co quickly dispatched a serviceman and later a salesman to our home and within an hour we were set for the installation of our new unit. Jason B. and Tyler M. installed our new Carrier heater. They did a remarkably professional job. Their work was clean and efficient. Upon completion of the installation they provided a clear explanation of the work they performed and detailed instructions as to how I should maintain the proper humidity level and how to properly switch from winter to summer settings, along with several other helpful hints. Lance P completed his first inspection at our home. As always, AA Service Co. only provides the best service technicians in the business. All I had to do was point to the furnace closet and location of the thermostat and Lance immediately went into action. Tommy S. responded to my phone call on a Sunday, the day before I was scheduled for surgery. I had no heat, and was concerned about going to the hospital leaving my little dog in the cold. Tommy arrived within an hour of my call. He replaced a part in the furnace that was under warranty and, as a result, I had heat in my unit. Tommy has serviced my unit twice.
