Warner gave very professional, thoughtful, and connected service regarding our generator. He diagnosed our problem, and came back to fix it helping us in terms of all aspects of the issue about multiple days when the generator was testing itself, fixing the issue, so that it only tests on one day. I was delighted with him and the service in every way, and I hope that next year, when we do our regular maintenance check once a year, that he is still the one doing the surface. A five star rating for his service.

Warner, with WK Mechanical did an outstanding job in servicing my AC unit. This company was the first time I used their service. Warner was prompt and right on schedule and explained everything he planned on doing. He was courteous, friendly & pointed out any potential problems that could arise in the near future and was very neat in performing his job. I had Warner do the hard part of the installation of my brand new, automatic stand-bye Kohler 10 kilowatt generator: the wiring. He worked efficiently and carefully, and when done made sure I understood exactly what he did and how my new generator works. He also gave me some tips, like using mothballs to keep rodents away from wiring, that you won't find in the Kohler owner's manual. Warner is another one of WK Mechanical's highly skilled but personable staff. Just remember: WK Mechanical will not leave you hanging. If something isn't exactly perfect, they will make it perfect. Highly recommended.

Appointment time between 12 & 4 I was called at 2:45 stating he was a few minutes away. Warner had the appropriate PPE and asked if he needed to wear booties upon entering the house. He got right to work, accessing the AC/heating unit. He tested, cleaned and inspected the unit. Everything was good, just dirty. Warner was very professional, engaging and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend WK Mechanical and Warner to my friends and family.

We've had such a great experience with WK Mechanicial, from customer service, sales, and installation personnel. The entire team was fantastic. We needed to replace our entire HVAC system and water heater. The sales representative took his time, walked us through the many options we had. He answered all our questions, we had a lot, through the process. Then when it came in time for installation. We had 2 different teams, for 2 different projects that had to be done. All the installer were amazing. They communicated with us during the projects. They showed up on time, every single day. During the multi-day project, the installers did not complain once when they had to work in the pouring rain one day, and then the scorching heat the next. Seriously, some of the best work and professional teams I have worked with. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I would HIGHLY recommend WK Mechanical for any project.

I called WK Mechanical because AC wasn’t working. I called at 2:30pm and they sent a technician the same afternoon. Warner was professional and demonstrated a good understanding of how our system works. He explained each step as he tried to understand problem.
