I can't thank John enough for the wonderful job he did installing my mother's new toilet. He took into consideration the size of her bathroom, in fact he had a picture of the area, and selected the right size toilet. He was right on time and called before arriving. John was so efficient and did an excellent job. He was so considerate about my mom, who suffers from dementia. I cannot praise him enough! Thank you, John!!

This was the best experience I have had in a very long time in respect to home maintenance. Willy and his son William arrived early and after explaining their plan for the day, they immediately got to work. A short time later the owner Michael arrived with a third technician, Victor. They brought the replacement water heater. From Michael finding my water meter during the estimate by getting down on his knees and digging it out, all the way through the repiping, the men were professional, friendly, made sure I knew what they were doing every step of the way. They worked hard all day and the 3 of them worked excellently together. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. This also goes for the office staff, especially Sharon. A complete profession company that I would not hesitate to recommend to everyone.

I have to say that I feel I was taken advantage of due to the necessity of getting our leak repaired ASAP. Everything was handled in a professional way. I knew what the cost was going to be. What I did not expect was 3 hours labor and maybe $50 in parts would cost me $1585.96!!! Can’t help but to fill I was ripped off! $500 dollars an hour is excessive!!

Michael J. came to our house yesterday to deal with a frozen Moen tub/shower faucet cartridge. What was supposed to be a 1/2 hr job become 3 hrs. The brass cartridge would not budge after many failed attempts, so he replaced the entire tub/shower valve and hardware. A very professional job done by a very competent plumber. We are highly satisfied.

Upfront and honest about repair options and costs. I requested leak detection from Michael's Plumbing. After beginning work on the agreed to repair, Patrick E. located the leak and advised me of a less costly option of repair. I appreciate the honesty and will continue to use Michael's Plumbing.
