In the middle of the deep freeze this week our furnace decided that it didn’t want to work. I called Harker and within an hour Brian J. called me back and was out within another 20 minutes from that call. Brian J. did an awesome job of diagnosing the problem and he happened to have a spare part on his van and was able to fix our furnace. Everything was completed within three hours start to finish. Brian was very pleasant and informative and I would highly recommend him and this company to others.

We had our air conditioner fixed; needed a new fan on the outdoor unit. Blowing nice and cold. Tech left; we're all satisfied. Later, it started blowing hot again. Dan came out late in the evening and found a couple of hoses that had breaks in them, also. Fixed it in the dark in the backyard and we were up and running and cold. Thanks to them both!

Air conditioner started blowing warm air -- inconvenient but not an emergency. Called Harker and within a couple days they sent a repair man, who showed up within the promised time frame. ***** S was fast, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. Lukas was professional and thorough. He explained each thing he was going to do. He had to go into our attic to check the air handling system, which required quite a climb. He cleaned the pipe, asking where was the best place to wash the pipe. He inspected outside and found a cut to the wiring, which he replaced. In addition, he was kind to our dogs and cats. Excellent service!
