Received great service today from The Pink Plumber, and Zachary L, in particular. Had an issue that needed quick service. Called The Pink Plumber for the first time and got an appointment window for same day. Got a call confirming that Zach would be at my house in an hour. They also sent me a picture of Zach so I would recognize him. He quickly diagnosed my issue, quoted me a price and got the work done. Thomas arrived in a timely manner, appropriately dressed and with a helpful smile on his face. After professionally and thoroughly considering the work at hand he got started and removed an old water softener and repaired a troublesome leak in our old house's copper piping. The work was challenging I'm sure as it required many skills, cutting and measuring copper pipe, welding and screwing valves onto pipes not to mention dealing with the odd work that had been done by other owners in this old house. He also replaced an old valve that had frozen and was at risk of maybe failing. He did a most professional, complete and tidy job and was a pleasure to have on our property (work was in the hot as blazes garage)! I would trust him implicitly with any plumbing work I might need, regardless of the scope. I use Pink Plumber exclusively and as I have written before, my only concern is with their pricing. I have always been 100% satisfied with their work but have also always been left wondering if I paid too much. This is no reflection on the technicians - I'm quite sure they do not set the prices. But at the end of the day, let's be honest. The truth of the matter is skilled workers are hard to find and when your house is flooding or toilets overflowing, who really cares? TJ and William were professional, informative and really took care of our plumbing issue. They were here for 13 hours doing a very tough job in a tight crawl space under the house. Mike just left after 'bout 2 hrs and I was very happy with the results of his diagnostic report...he said the leak was very tiny and explained every thing to me, what I could do now, or wait until later when the leak is bigger, which may never happen, or take care of it then, and his advice was the same as mine, to let it be for now, he also gave me a run down of the next steps I'd need to do and the cost, if I decided to do it now, which was much more than I want to do right now, so will just wait and see. When I was given a quote for the work I needed done I thought it was WAY too expensive. Marat, the professional representing The Pink Plumber, took the time to explain the job and why there was additional cost (old rusted out existing plumbing) and what problems the job could entail. This review needs to be put in context. it originates with the repair of the main water valve entering the house. The reason for changing the the valve was because, the technician, while doing another repair, notice the valve was not closing fully. I agreed to his suggestion to have it replaced on 7/4/2019. A few days after this repair, the tubing to which the valve was connected, began to leak at a joint. mind you, there was no leak anywhere else prior to the valve replacement. I called the company to explain that the pipe leading to the valve had a very extensive leak. The same technician was dispatched to make the correction. He repaced the piece tubbing he had instralled previously with a new piece and a joint,. A few days latter, I noticed that the soil around the pipe was wet, so I called the company again. this time two other technicians in addition to the original one came to find out what was the problem. This time I was told there was a leak below ground and they had to replace the tubing again. This time they replaced it with copper tubing. The original premise for the repair was a faulty valve, I am of the belief that if there was a leak in the tubing the original technician should fave replace the tubing with copper as it was subsequently done so that I would not have had to pay for repairing a leak which was not the original reason for the intervention Ramon E. 10/01/19 |

Pink Plumber was fast and responsive. Once they confirmed that there was a technician on the way, we got a text with our technicians name and a photo so I knew who to expect. Ray E was courteous and listened to me explain the problem. He offered a solution and explained why it would fix our problem and what would happen if it did not. My experience with both Felix and Chris was outstanding! Aside from both of them being very professional they were extremely polite as well as personable.
My initial request was for a quote to demolish 2 bathroom vanities and then replace with new ones. All the necessary work was explained to me in detail. When the quote was presented, the explanation of costs were comprehensive and I immediately decided to use The Pink Plumber with the caveat being that Felix and Chris would do the work.
The following day Felix and Chris showed up on time to complete both bathrooms. I was astounded as well as doubtful when told that both vanities could be done in one day. I was indeed pleasantly surprised. All the work was done and my bathrooms and my home were left in perfect condition!!!! I am delighted with the new look in my bathrooms.
I am very impresses with both Felix and Chris as well as The Pink Plumber.
