I have used Reid And Pederson several times and they were excellent. The people that answer the phone are very helpful and efficient. The technicians are professional, neat, and knowledgeable. There is very good communication through texts and emails. I recently used them for drainage from my downspouts and sump system and plan to use them again for annual maintenance of our drainage. I called Betty at Reid & Pederson this morning requesting service for my clogged bathtub drain and a Tech was at my house at 3PM same day. Keaton V was my tech that came to my house. This was a 'preventative' call. Arrived on time, ready to work - Ryan R. took care of the job after talking to me. When completed Ryan clearly explained what he did and what was cleaned out. There is a 6 months guarantee: I don't doubt the sincerity of the guarantee but I am more than confident that the problem has been solved and won't return for years! When I phoned Reid & Pederson for an appointment, Annette was very accommodating with my schedule. An appointment was made for the next day. Thought I had a sewer issue.
The woman who I talked to was so nice I got a good feeling about the company.
Ryan K. came out, investigated the issue and found out it was just my toilet not a sewer issue. He fixed it and I saved $100.00 from what I thought I would be paying.

Since 1995, I have been a loyal customer of Reid & Pederson and happily to report with today's service call I still remain a very happy and loyal customer. From the initial phone contact I made to the company, I received a very warm and professional welcome. I was listened to and my appointment was made to meet my schedule. The quality services extended to the field service representatives Dan and Haydon. Their professionalism was demonstrated in their ability to address my concerns as was discussed in my initial phone contact. Dan and Haydon were very professional in their service delivery and provided me with an overview of preventative services available. And, I was given instructions about a cap if an issue should arise. Overall, I will continue to share my experience with others and highly recommend Reid and Pederson to others.

This review is in addition to the one above. With this rating I would give more than the above 5 stars - - I would give a rating of SUPREME EXCELLENCE ! This company, through its representatives, have demonstrated excellent teamwork when it comes to addressing a concern that I had and achieved speedily satisfaction. This began with my contact with Betty H, (office staff) who used excellent communication skills to get an understanding of my concern. With her compassionate nature, she assured me that she would address my concern with Mr. Kevin Reid (owner) and get back to me later in the day.
It was AMAZING, AWESOME . . . how smooth and seamless that everything unfolded. Within the same day, Mrs. Betty H. called me back to let me know that Mr. Rico G (Field Tech Supervisor) was en route to my home to assess my concern. Upon Mr. Rico G. arrival, he was very professional with a warm/caring demeanor and he informed me that he was asked to come out by Mr. Kevin Reid to check things out. Being highly efficient, his assessment was completed in a matter of minutes. He explained the plan for what his team would do. To my amazement, the next day, his team members arrived and worked effectively bringing speedily customer satisfaction.
I just had to share this with you. Because, it has been a long time since I've truly witnessed a company whose actions support the verbal and written claims of striving to give customers' excellent service; and, achieving excellence in customers' satisfaction. YES! We have a local family owned company that is doing this - - and driven by Core Values based on trust, respect, integrity, reliability and accountability. Try Reid & Pederson for yourself and then, like me, tell others. We need to do all we can to support/keep a local family owned company committed to serve and to excellence.
