Reid and Pederson exceed my expectations. Came out same day for a sewer that had clogged up on me and they were able to rod out the clog and also camera my sewer for a very reasonable price. They were great... the last time we had service it was a big problem that we was not ready for, But this time we they came they were ready for action. But thank God we didn't have that same problem this visit...ever thing went very well.

After unsuccessfully trying to clear the kitchen drain myself, I called yesterday and Annette (very pleasantly) scheduled an appointment for today. Jose came and got the job done as promised. He was very professional, courteous, and respectful.

I can't tell you what pleasure it is not having to worry about me remembering to have my sewer augured for tree roots. I belong to the maintenance program and there is never a worry about when and where and with a discounted price to boot, the procedure could not be better or easier. I highly recommend Reid & Pederson for any drainage issues. I had a basement drain backup and they were able to fix the issue.

I called in the morning and 3 hours later they were fixing my plumbing. The young man was very polite and very considerate. He had a hard time fixing my old rusty pipe but he was persistent and able to clear the clog. He gave me a ninety day warranty on his work. The rate was VERY reasonable. I would never hesitate to call or recommend Reid & Pederson for anything. They are professional, courteous and efficient. Ryan the technician answered all of my questions and gave me the name and phone number of a plumber he knew could help me. I contacted Reid & Pederson to look at a clogged basement drain after several calls to local rodding companies went unanswered. A representative from R&P contacted me immediately, and scheduled Keaton to come out on the day of my choosing. I thought I was going to get a "consultation", but Keaton offered to get right to work and solve my problem. He was polite, thorough, and when he was satisfied that he had gotten the job done, he cleaned up everything and was on his way in no time.
I was very pleased, and will only call R&P for any future issues I have!
