I had a horrible sewage problem that my village and another well known plumbing company could not resolve. I was thoroughly upset because of the money already spent without resolution. My sister recommended Reid & Peterson. I'm smiling now because they came right in took care of the problem with no extra excuses (like the other company) and the cost was very affordable. The communications from start to finish from Sandy was right on the money. She told me what was going to happen within the schedule time frame to the notification when Ryan was going to arrive at my house. It was PERFECT. Ryan K. was very pleasant and KNOWLEDGEABLE. My assessment of the problem was wrong. He check all the sump and showed me the issue of one of the sump pumps was faulty and was trigger the circuit breaker which cause the shower drain not to drain. He replaced the faulty sump pump and checked the circuit breakers. He explain to me how the sump pump and the circuit breaker works hand in hand. No one ever explain to this function. Ryan worn a mask and had covering over his shoes. He cleaned up after the job was finish. Ryan was very professional. I would Highly recommend this company for their SERVICE. We scheduled an appointment to have our sewer line from the house rodded out with Reid & Pederson. "Keaton" provided this service and we were both very satisfied with his work. So happy I finally called Reid & Pederson! After being told my line couldn’t be rodded by another well known company, I called R&P and they talked me through the process of what would be done. When Ryan came out, he immediately understood the job, and took his time to work through getting our drainage line unclogged safely without doing further damage to our yard.
