Roland is an absolute GEM!!
We met on Tuesday night, May 2nd.....
Me - my apartment had water backed up in the bathroom, bedroom carpet and kitchen. I was freaked out!
Roland - reassured me it would be alright and went right to work disinfecting, pulling baseboards off, carpeting up and getting water off the floor.
He left after 11 that night and was back the following morning to check how I was doing and the drying progress. Decision was made to pull more baseboards and another 24 hours with fans/humidifiers etc.
Today, May 4th, back to check on things and all looked good. He patiently answered ALL my questions before packing up all the equipment.
He is, without a doubt, a TEN in service, thoroughness and customer service!! You are very fortunate to have him at Progressive!

Team arrived on time and completed replacement of HVAC system within estimated time. Found a loose wire left over from the old system, and fixed it. New system's working fine.
