If you looking for unbelievable Gold Star service then give Jennings Heating & Cooling a call, from scheduling our appointment, communication throughout the process, and the overall service, Jennings is a professional company that takes pride in their work. Technician Alex Zylko took the time to ensure all required maintenance was carried out on our system. He was efficient and truly went out of his way to ensure a hassle-free experience. He also installed the full Nest System including the Ring Door Bell. Our technician was Andy C. We had a noise coming from our condenser pump and called Jennings, because the company that had installed our new system about 3 years ago had went out of business (retired). They offered multiple time windows which worked perfectly. Andy was very courteous, polite, thorough, helpful, and informative. He explained to my husband that our condenser pump really just needed cleaned and offered to do it. My husband said he thought he could do it, but appreciated Andy's information. Andy also checked our water heater, furnace efficiency, for gas leaks, vents, carbon monoxide monitoring, and offered to check the fuse box - that would be the "junk room" where he would not have been able to get to it. The guys are all very helpful and knowledgeable, taking time to ask any questions and even making small talk here and there.They are very conscientious and take great care in keeping their work areas clean and they comply with every request. Two areas of opportunity were in the area of tracking dirt into the house when taking rest room breaks and placing tools and parts on the washer next to the work area, causing minor scratching of the washer top. We recently had a new furnace snd ac unit installed..Dave and his crew were nothing short of amazing. Any questions we had, were answered right then and if he didn't have the answer , he was on the phone to someone who did.He found a possible issue with our breaker box,and George will be checking it oyt for us. They were all super professional, cleaned up at the end of the day, even made fast friends with our crew of 4 Boxers. One is deaf and isn't fond of men .. until he met the Jennings crew. I am writing this email to express my great appreciation for the outstanding service we received from David Kraft and David Erzen. Both employees are extremely professional and hard working. Through performance of his job duties, David Kraft found a significantly long and wide crack in the heat exchange element of the furnace which he promptly brought to our attention. He probably saved our family member lives because of the high risk for carbon monoxide to be blown throughout the house over the winter months. We are extremely thankful for his attention to detail and work ethic. Also, it was very evident that both employees treated us like family members when it came to the quality of workmanship. They definitely went above and beyond the job requirements to ensure satisfaction by us. Our Air Conditioner went out today,the day it was 90 degrees out and getting hotter every day this week. So i called J. H. And cooling,it was 10:30pm. Andy came right out. He was prompt,thorough,and the nicest tech guy ever! My 3 year old was following him around the house and talking to him the entire time. Andy was just as sweet to my son. He never acted BOTHERED by him or annoyed one bit. He also went through the house just to do a safety check and make sure everything else is o.k. We are lifelong customers for sure!
