Dave Brown was super professional and beyond courteous always making sure I understood what he was looking at and seeing. He always asked if I had questions too! Unfortunately he had bad news in that my furnace was beyond it’s life. He then stayed got me quoted for a new furnace explained every single option that was available. You can tell he has experience and loves his job! Very very knowledgeable. Holly I spoke to when I first called was just gleaming with politeness and eager to help me.
