Lorence, Jay and Josh delivered our new sofa, chair and ottoman and they were conscientious of wearing their masks, and ensuring that they were placing the furniture where we wanted it. They were mindful to not damage the furniture. We live in an old home and they did an amazing job bringing the furniture in and placing it. They took all the trash with them and made sure I/we were happy. Our total experience with our Howard Lorton salesperson and delivery team was excellent and we will purchase from there again. Howard Lorton's delivery crew were above and beyond any other delivery I've had. Very professional, courteous, on time, and very easy to work with. They scheduled the appointment well and did follow up with email to confirm. The only issue was, this was during Covid, and there were three delivery men. One of them did not wear a mask. First class outfit. Expensive, but there are deals available. Top notch quality- this is last forever furniture. Excellent design team that assists greatly in preventing mistakes and maximizing the appeal of your spaces. Delivery guys were absolute studs. My place is at 9700 feet above sea level and they not only lugged all the new (heavy) stuff in, they carried all the old furniture into my awaiting trailer and even secured it all down with straps and covered it with moving blankets. We had a great experience from Beth our sales associate to the delivery guys Lorence and Joey. The furniture is exactly as expected and was delivered, assembled and checked to make sure it all worked. There was an issue with the connection and Joey and Lorence came back to make sure it was fixed. We got a beautiful theater seating system that is so comfortable and perfect. Our new "live edge" dining table was delivered today, and we love it!!!. It was so heavy it took 6 very strong men to take it up the stairs and set it up. Not only did they do there job perfectly, they wore smiles the entire time they were here. And, when I wanted to put felt pads under the legs, they wouldn't let me do a thing - 4 of them tilted the table and the other 2 put the pads on for me. I really appreciate everything they did for us today - its no easy task handling a 450 lb bulky table. Thanks to the entire delivery team, and a big shout-out to all of the team for going above and beyond the norm. Thank you Howard Lorton Furniture - you will be seeing us again, and soon.

I purchased a chair for my bedroom and am so pleased! First, I have to say, I LOVE the chair. But it is also important to note what a pleasure it has been working with H&L. Rima, my designer was very helpful and patient. Rob, Bryan, And Excel delivered the same week as purchase - they were prompt and VERY careful. I have been looking for a store that carries unique pieces, and I found what I was looking for. I purchased some beautiful clay pots that sit on a clay base. I Absolutely love them! I had three gentlemen that were professional, extremely nice that delivered those pieces. Rob, Excel, Bryan. These gentlemen were so kind and brought the pots to my backyard. I fell in love with a patio furniture art piece I saw through the Patio Display window day after day while walking my dogs. I finally decided to call about it. I will admit that I am NOT gifted in the home design arena. I more often get it wrong than right, so I am a repeat customer of Howard Lorton Furniture. The items are not those you would find in a friend's home, which is a huge plus for me. My designer, Carol, finds things I would never normally pick and I end up astounded at the colors and happiness in the items she picks for my home. My delivery crew, Fernando and Robert, were friendly, punctual, AND they had helpful suggestions. They even placed the pillows, artfully. We were unsatisfied with our recent bed purchase from somewhere else and didn't know where to find a good bed. Howard Lorton has very luxurious supportive beds for the same price as the fancy new style air/foam bed that didn't even hold up for the 100 day trial and gave me back problems. Mickey Gilbreath at Howard Lorton was great! We will now shop their exclusively for furniture. The delivery team was awesome. Derek & Josh helped us remove the bed we were returning to the hall because the other company's driver was late.
