Although my designer was fantastic, one of the custom tables I ordered had a bad notch in it. My order was already a month behind schedule. There has been very little communication about how HL is going to fix the problem. I would prefer a new table top. Mostly, all I get from HL is arguments that the gash is "distressed". It's very clear to me that this table top was not produced correctly. The holes are too uniform to be natural. 11/10/17 |

I love Howard Lorton , Carol H**** was my sales person and as always very helpful with my purchase. The delivery team was outstanding.!!! We had issues getting the large sofa in the house. Fern, Robert, and Angelo never gave up when at first it looked like we may need to cancel the sale. Very professional and after several attempts got the sofa safely through the door. Terrific. They came to my downtown condo and unfortunately the large sectional couch would not fit on our elevator so they had to take it back. We felt bad about the unnecessary trip. The name is deceiving. I always thought this place was an art gallery. They have a great selection of furniture. We bought a floor piece that was sold as is. They took the time to have their furniture tech buff out the scratches in the finish at no extra charge. Delivery on our solid wood quality built table was free. I wish I would have know that Howard Lorton sold furniture ten years ago. I may not have bought all of my furniture from them, but I definitely would have at least looked.
