I just have to compliment the delivery team of ******** M and ************* Howard Lorton Furniture on their attitudes and professionalism on Saturday during our delivery. Excellent design advice from Rob Osgard. He spent many hours with us helping with decisions on fabric and finish. He is professional and very knowledgeable, a great guy to work with.
The delivery drivers Lorence and Excell were terrific. They delivered everything without a scratch. It was a big job and they handled it professionally and with care.

Rob and Romeo made a few deliveries to our home. the furniture arrived in perfect condition, and they placed exactly where we wanted it.

Dominic & Robert showed up early today to deliver our fabulous furniture from Howard Lorton. They were polite, courteous, professional. They asked for permission to walk the route they'd need to access for delivery and set up of our new furniture, then took every precaution not to damage our hardwood floors or the new furniture items. They asked me to please check all of the furniture finishings to be sure there were no scratches, defects, or the like. All in all, they made the last part of this process perfect. Mickey was an excellent designer, showing us couches that would suit what we were looking for and could receive immediately. As we weren’t sure if the sofa would fit on the stairwell to the lower level, we bought it on approval and Fernando and crew then came (with the sofa in the truck) to appraise the space. Turned out that it would be too big for the stairway. He suggested that we come back to the showroom - and named a few sofas that he thought would work in the stairwell. He promised to come back that day to deliver our new selection. Mickey then called to follow up and recommended one of the ones Fernando had mentioned. We went back to the store and chose it. With the assistance from Roger, I was able to select beautiful, unique and solid furniture for my new apartment at a great price. Everything was delivered perfectly on the date set. The three delivery men: Dominic, Russell Bank and (I apologize but cannot recall the third gentleman's name) delivered and set up an entire apartment (on the third floor with no elevator) in such a professional manner. They were careful not to scuff the floors, placed the securely wrapped furniture where I requested and were friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I am definitely returning. Went into the store this morning and purchased 4 chairs.The earliest time on the delivery schedule was in 3 weeks so Fernando stepped up and said he was already going to be in our area and could deliver them today!!! We ordered two high-end, custom-designed Hancock and Moore sofas from Howard Lorton during the last Thanksgiving sale, one a Motion-Your-Way recliner and the other, a Your-Way Sofa. Beth O'Neill patiently spent about 3 hours with us and did a great job of explaining and assisting us in selecting and designing the sofas. The sofas were delivered about 3.5 months after order and they look beautiful! Rob, Bryan and Josh, the delivery folks, were par excellence. They were right on time, very professional, courteous, and polite, and handled the furniture with great care. The recliner was extremely heavy and bulky and a tight fit through our front door, but Rob and Bryan worked their magic and got it in! They helped assemble and test everything and even helped position the sliders I had bought below the sofa legs. These guys were amazing and we are very pleased with our experience.
