Jay and Derek delivered two wing back recliners and were wonderful to work with. They were extremely careful not to mar any finishes while navigating tricky corners and doorways. LORENCE & DEREK FROM HOWARD LORTON GALLERIES IN DENVER, CO. DELIVERED A SOFA TO MY CABIN IN RED FEATHER LAKES, CO. TODAY**12-20-2019**. THE CABIN IS LOCATED WAY IN THE MOUNTAINS NOT THE EASIEST PLACE TO GET TO, LORENCE AND DEREK COULDN'T HAVE BEEN NICER AND MORE HELPFUL. THEY ARRIVE ON TIME, MOVED MY OLD SOFA TO ANOTHER ROOM, SET UP MY SOFA, FIXING THE CUSTIONS ETC. EVEN HELPED ME MOVE A COFFEE TABLE THAT WAS TO HEAVY FOR ME TO MOVE BY MYSELF. I had two amazing delivery guys. Super professional and such gentlemen! Their names were Fernando & Derek. I felt super comfortable and safe letting them into my home. They moved my other furniture out of the way and placed the new chairs where I wanted them. They were very careful when coming into the house and with my furniture. Fernando and his team went above and beyond ! They waited at Howard Lorton to load my purchased furniture after their normal work hours. I REALLY wanted my furniture delivered the next day and they were able to do it ! Only because they stayed until I was walking out the door, they also helped me load my car.

Lorence and Xcell went beyond the line of duty. They were careful bringing the sofa into our unit and assembled it with such expertise. They were kind enough to put covers on the legs so the floor would not scratch. Very professional and knowledgeable about the company and were able to answer my questions regarding taking care of our fabulous new sofa. Lorence and Josh were so professional and friendly. They put down a carpet and removed their shoes before entering the house, placed the furniture exactly as we asked, inquired if they had delivered all the items we ordered and if we were happy with each item. They called once to confirm the day of delivery and again when they were in our area and about 10 minutes out before arrival at our home. Hello, We purchased a 84' leather sofa from Howard L***** on 11-10-19. Bobbie S** did a great job in showing us the Hancock & Moore sofas. We went back on 11-11-19 to confirm we made the right choice. Rob was very helpful in showing us alternative colors and choices. The sofa was delivered on 11-14-19. Lorence and Josh arrived on time and were polite and helpful. They took our 108" old sofa back to Howard L*****. It was heavy. They were careful in moving it out of our home. We paid to have this removed. They brought the new HM sofa into our living room and set it where we wanted it. Again, they were very careful not to damage our walls and doors. Had a furniture delivery in Winter Park from Denver and even with snowy roads and bitter cold temperatures my delivery was made without incident and on time. The delivery drivers , Lorence & Javier, we’re just amazing and very professional.professional. They arrived on time although it was snowing and they traveled 65 miles to our home.
They worked with us to arrange furniture in the most optimum location. They continually ask if they could anything else to ensure we were satisfied with their assistance.

Robert and Angelo were wonderful in delievering our furniture. They were actually a few minutes early (which is so much better than being late). They made sure that our new hardwoods floors were protected AND they went above "white glove delivery". Angelo and Robert asked me if I had felt pads to put on the furniture and they adhered the pads to the furniture so that I would not have to try and lift the furniture and adhere the pads. Jay and Bryan delivered our two rooms full of furniture to Grand County for us. They were extremely careful and considerate. On arriving, they asked how we wanted the furniture set up and made sure that we were happy with everything when they left... down to placing the pillows on the sofas.
