Every person we dealt with at Floform was great. Scott was the design consultant, I have forgotten who measured the counters, but he was also great, and today Paul and Andrew installed our beautiful new counters. Drop sheets put down to protect floor, great attention to detail, polite, friendly and probabaly left our kitchen cleaner than when they arrived. From sales, through measuring and installation, the service was totally top notch. Everything explained on sales call. Templater measured everything multiple times and discussed things that I had questions about. The installers, Ashton and Josh, were fastidious. Everything polished and floors swept before they left.

Scott Harrott was fantastic! Super-efficient, friendly, and kind. He took lots of time to help me make choices and gave great advice on what would look best in our home. He was absolutely outstanding, and truthfully, he was so good at his job that I decided not to shop around but to go with what was obviously the best service. He also gave me good advice on how to be economical with my purchase while still making our new kitchen look beautiful. The whole Floform team was fantastic - and they were very efficient. My Cambria countertops are a delight. ***** visited me several times and eventually I chose to go with his FloForm quote as opposed to three others that I had. *****'s attention to detail was superb, he recommended a sink for my needs, and is such a personable young man. ****** was an equally great guy to work with, always smiling and respectful. His installation team was helpful, and polite, even when I had to ask them to return to seat the tap properly once the plumber was here, and then later to repair a tiny chip on the corner of the counter and to add more sealant around the sink. My wife and I recently had a gorgeous new Floform quartz countertop installed in our new kitchen by Matt McKinnon. The top fit perfectly, a testament to Nathan's superb measuring skills. Watching the installation was pure pleasure as Matt and his assistant were efficient, competent and pleasant. We are thrilled with our counters! We were expecting the whole process to be cumbersome. It was not. In fact it was quite enjoyable. Scott was so excellent to deal with. He is extremely knowledgeable not only with the counters, he was great help with the sinks and faucets as well.
