From start to finish this project was a pleasure. FloForm handled every aspect of the project, organizing trades, scheduling install, obtaining materials. This was one stop shopping. Darrell, the Plumber and Gavin, the tile installer went above and beyond, the quality of the work they did was exceptional. I will never again be concerned about renovations, will just call Floform. An excellent company to work with. We had a fairly small job done - new counters, sink and tap in our smaller-size kitchen and new counter in bathroom - but couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The two young men who installed the counters were courteous, efficient and excellent workers. Floform and Cambria countertops recently installed quartz countertops in our kitchen & bathroom of our park model, complete with an under mount sink in the kitchen. They were professional , caring and extremely careful with the installation from start to finish. We had left our place while they were working, they texted us pictures and updates and when they were finished waited for us to get home to make sure everything met with our approval. I would just like to say a big 'Thank you' to the total Flo Form ' team in Victoria. It has been a pleasure to work with such a professional group. I see this project as having four stages, the first being my introduction to your company at ******. There I was given a good description of the process by the very able representative . Within a few days **** the estimator visited my house, on time and date, where we selected the product and I was given a price for the project. The next stage was when **** and his assistant arrived to do the templating, and finally yesterday **** ** and **** ** came, once again, on time and date, to do the installation, the result of which, I am very delighted with. They both worked very hard and on several occasions had to use their ingenuity to overcome some problems. Our bar countertop in our kitchen turned out amazingly beautiful. We got some excellent thoughts from **** at the initial consult and our templator did an incredible job - a real mix of art and science. Our countertop is a custom design -- **** suggested an organic arc shape (like a crescent moon) and our kitchen environment was a bit tricky to find the right "fit", in terms of colour, edge, and look and feel, for a quartz countertop. It turned out beautifully. The installers were great.....on time, efficient and knew what they were doing. They worked with us to position the new top just right. Granite countertops are a very expensive part of your home. It is important to hire experts who know the product and have experience handling it. FloForm responded immediately to my issue, and assigned a highly experienced installer to do the correction. I was absolutely thrilled with the result and highly recommend both **** and the company. We just had FloForm install a new quartz countertop on the island in our kitchen. The product we chose was called Cambria and the style was called Brittanica. The installers were a team, Josh and Chad, and they did a great job of installing the new countertop. A gentleman named Scott Harrott was our initial contact with the company and his customer service was excellent. Scott did a great job of informing us about the differences in the quality of different types of quartz, and he brought in several samples for us to look at. We never felt pressured at all in making our decision. Not only did we feel we got a fair price from the company, but because FloForm is affiliated with Costco Home Services we will also receive a 300.00 Costco Cash Card and a 2% rebate on our Costco Executive membership. If we decide to upgrade any more of the countertops in our home we will definitely use FloForm services in the future. Josh R. 10/21/19 |

Very professional right from the beginning to end! We started off with John, who helped us select our preferred quartz kitchen countertop and get us an estimate. Then we dealt with Josh, who did all the measurements and finalized the details with us. Finally we had Paul and Justin who came out to install our new countertop, which they did with great skill and it fit perfectly and looks amazing! Floform had recommendations for plumbers to use and were very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the whole experience. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in the selection process.Jordan who made the template was super efficient and very friendly. The installers, Kevin and his partner removed our old counters and installed the new ones with a “take charge” attitude and did a great job! Gavin did a beautiful job on the tile work, also a very nice young man.

It is hard these days to find a respectful and professional company that is not just talk but does the walk. Paul and Jordan did a great job asking us questions at every step so the final result was perfect- They had it on file that we are adding a tile backsplash so left out silicone caulking to accommodate which we did not know about and really appreciated that attention to detail - the counter was beautifully done- including grommets and a seam that completely disappeared!
