We have recently renovated our kitchen and two bathrooms. **** and **** arrived yesterday right on time. We are in week seven of our Reno...our quartz countertops in all three rooms puts us close to completion. **** and **** were amazing. They were very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and anticipated our every concern. The large piece of quartz for the kitchen presented a challenge but they solved the issue very quickly. We were pleased with every aspect of the job from the initial consultation, template making, removal of old tops, installation of the new countertop. In 2011 Floform installed quartz counters in our existing kitchen and we were very please with their service, price and quality of work. Recently, seven years later, we had an issue with leaking between the counter and our under mount sink. We contacted Floform and that same day their service people contacted us and were out the following working day and had the repair done along with a couple of minor adjustments and gone before lunch - all under warranty. We were actually away when the templating was done (under the aegis of our contractor) so my only comment would be that, in the light of the later installation, **** clearly did a first rate job. We recently had new quartz countertops provided and installed by Floform via Costco in our kitchen. We were pleased with the entire process from the initial contact through the completion of the project. The consultant, Scott, was very helpful and spent over 2 hours with us and helped us choose the final countertop material. An added bonus was that he also assisted us in choosing a new sink that was supplied along with the countertops. By the time he left we had a detailed estimate for the project and a very early installation date. The price was competitive with others we obtained. A local supplier had quoted us over three month delivery. Within two weeks we were visited by Rob, who completed a comprehensive measurement of the countertops for our kitchen counters and island. He also provided good suggestions for the undercounter sink installation and for the corners etc. A couple of weeks later, along came Ashton and his team to install the countertops. They were on time arriving and did the main installation in a couple of hours and then returned two days later to finalize it.
All members of the Floform team were businesslike and very accommodating. The area was left as clean as when they arrived. We enjoyed their friendly manner throughout the project.

On Wednesday Ashton and his team were scheduled to install our counter tops. They arrived as per their schedule. They took great care to protect our hardwood and tile floors before starting the work, or, bringing the Quartz up the 15 stairs. From that point on all 3 team members worked diligently to complete the work in a efficient manner. The information they passed on to me was both very informative and delivered in a friendly professional manner. The quality of the installation was top notch. Cannot find any area that could have been improved. Their actions in ensuring the finer details of the install and reassembly spoke very highly of their desire to achieve the top level of customer satisfaction. They truly appeared to want everything to be perfect for us.
Overall, from Rob who did the measurements, to the install team, we have absolutely nothing but positives to say. They would definitely be who we would go back to in the future.
