THe installation of our counter tops could not have gone better. Matt and Mike were respectful of our home and explained the process and what we could do to assist. Keeping our dog Jigz out of the way was the main thing. Any questions we had or describing the process was amply covered by the crew. Their knowledge and skill in the installation were the basis of a flawless process. Two experts that we were pleased to work with. The final result was better than we had hoped for and Matt's explanation of the warranty and dos and don'ts of counter use were very useful as we have had granite counters in the past and these Quartz counter tops use and care are different. We contract with FLOFORM to replace out kitchen countertops and backsplash in Jul 2017 after comparing products with a few other local suppliers. Our first contact with the company was with **** the design consultant for an in-home consultation and estimate. **** provided excellent guidance and suggestions to meet our need. A measurement visit with **** was next on the to-do-list. We also visited the show room and received suggestions from ***** and a sales lady. Removal of the old and installation of the new countertops was done by **** and ***** A few days later the new backsplash was done by ****** Throughout the entire process we found all the folks with whom we interacted to be both competent and professional. They readily explained their part in the process and expertly answered our questions. We also had occasion to contact **** the installation manager and found him to be most agreeable ad helpful. We chose ****************** Quartz counters, so beautiful! We are very pleased with our experience with Floform Countertops. Beginning with *****, Design Consultant, *** ******* CAD Technician and ******** Installations. We also had our backsplash installed by ***** of ***** Tile. All very professional and accommodating. The only negative was with the main office personnel, although very pleasant, need more communication skills and followup. I recently had countertops installed by **** and his crew from Floform Victoria and they look absolutely fabulous!!..To start with, the countertops arrived ahead of the estimated delivery date. Then the installers arrived early which was great so we weren't waiting around all day. **** was very respectful of my new flooring, cabinets and paint and reminded his crew of this several times during their visit. They covered floors with drop sheets before wheeling in the counters and protected cabinets to avoid scraping and scuffing during installation. Thanks for a great job. Glen N. 06/20/17 |

I am doing a reno of my ensuite. We decided to get quartz counter tops & our contractor chose floform. The counters are to die for = STUNNING / AWESOME / SPIFFY / FANTASTIC !!!! I can not tell you how thrilled I am with my new counter tops! I picked quartz. The countertop looks even more beautiful than the sample I had! My experience with Floform has been seamless. I found the showroom by accident, was driving in the area, went in and met Nicole. She greeted me kindly that day and each time I went in there as I changed my mind several times. She was so helpful with helping me pick my sink as well as look at backsplashes. Mandi helped me schedule my initial appointment with John to formalize my selection and get my quote. She also shared with me that there were discounts available if I was a Costco member. Josh came to do my template and he was so calm and professional. Sixteen days later Glen and Percy delivered my stone! Glen took his time to be sure it was to his standards. I love a true professional. He also shared with me how to care for it, etc. Yesterday was the highlight of my kitchen reno that has been extremely stressful.
