I am very pleased that Clayton is the person still doing my maintenance on my equipment. I feel like having the same person work on it all the time, he knows what he is doing. He always explains what he has done and if I need any parts, he always shows me the piece he had to replace and explains what has happened and why it needed replacing. I trust Clayton to be very honest with me and never to take advantage of me. Bel-O and it’s crew are a very reputable company to do business with. I recommend them very highly. Colby did a very very good job. It didn’t take him any time at all and he’s very polite. He has a lot of potential as a plumber and knew what was wrong immediately. He took care of it and answered any questions about the warranty. He was very nice and very qualified. He is an intelligent young man. Colby came out to checky my plumbing on the maintenance plan. He was so nice and I think you should give him a raise! He answered all of my questions and checked everything. Had my heating system Fall tune-up this week. Our HVAC Tech for the past 3 years or so, Josh Agne was no longer w/Beloman, so we had our first visit from Dustin. Dustin quickly eased my concerns with a new tech. Absolutely LOVED Josh, had no reason to expect anything less than a positive experience w/Dustin. He arrived during his scheduled window. Was very friendly, personable and finished the inspection/tune-up of our new (2017) furnace within 30 minutes or so. He also took the time to explain and talk to me about the possible effects two air exchange vents (high and low) and resulting dust/lint collection could have on the furnace/blower and water heater located in the utility closet. Our washer/dryer combination sits on the other side of the wall from the utility closet. I had never been told that. I thanled Dustin for bringing that to my attention. Ken H came to our house and repaired the sink in our MBathroom. He did an outstanding job taking care of the issue right away. He has been to our house before to repair the same type issue to the other sink in the MBathroom (about a year or so ago) and did an awesome job then too. Andy did a phenomenal job on relocating a tricky run of ductwork. Never once did he seem skeptical about making it happen. He was very precise in his work and measurements. Jeff does an excellent job communicating and establishing a comfortable relationship with the customer. He will review all of the options but doesn't pressure you into something you don't need. You remain in control of the buying experience. He will also go out of his way to make sure the job is done right and you are completely satisfied with your service.
