The biggest thing I can say about Apollo is that they are like a family. They were willing to help me when it seemed like no one else cared or even wanted to. They went above and beyond when I told them I could not afford the air equipment that other companies were giving me quotes on. I met with Ryan Halverson and one of the most important things he gave me was an education about what I was spending my hard earned money on. He did not just sell me a product because it was all I could afford, he helped me find a product that met all my needs and was in my budget. Went above and beyond to repair our air conditioner and they did it at their expense! There was to be a rebate on the coil they replaced but the unit was under warranty. They did not charge us for any labor. They assumed ALL costs related to the repair. They should get the $75 rebate! Extremely honest people...and they did this without being asked. They bid good equipment at a fair price. The installer came to the house ahead of time so that there were no surprises on the day of the install. The install was completed in one day and they did a nice job. Now I'm looking forward to seeing the difference on our utility bills.

My dealer was actually Apollo Heating and AC. We needed a furnace asap and originally picked out a less efficient model for monetary reasons, but that model was not available soon enough so Apollo gave us the highest efficiency one for the same price. It was installed in a timely manner, though the guys knocked over boxes and broke a few light bulbs in the process which could have been avoided. The intake/outtake pvc pipes were installed at such an angle that condensation causes the water to drip, drip, drip. Annoying, but overall a good furnace.
