No one showed up for the appointment I made to have my furnace cleaned weeks ago. I called Apollo and was given the choice to wait another hour (I already waited from 12-4) or reschedule. Really. Apollo has no consideration for my time or the appointment I made. Apollo Heating Air Team. 10/17/22 |

Tony T. and the Apollo crew did a great job on my project. After 3 other companies telling me they'd call me back and only one actually doing it, I heard from a friend to give Apollo a call. After explaining to Tony that my small job was holding up the project they found time for me quickly and completed the job in no time at all. Bill was absolutely amazing, he came out on Superbowl Sunday, was out in less than 30 minutes from the time of the call. He was able to quickly get my furnace back up and working. He was very professional, wore his make the entire time, and was able to easily explain what went wrong with my furnace in easy to follow terms. He also took the time to ensure that the heat was climbing before leaving the site to ensure that i would have no further problems. Ron W was very helpful when he first came out to look at our space and gave us good options. We were under a time crunch and had to get a furnace, AC & hotwater heater installed within 48 hours. We had a system installed by Apollo and developed a clicking sound just out of warranty. Apollo management said no problem we will be right out. Brad came out the next working day and did a total system review both inside and outside our home. He wanted to know all about the issue and took my input and analyzed possible root causes. The sound appeared and he isolated to copper gas line contact during system operation. Totally great work and fast. Brad provided unmatched customer support that I will not forget. Horrible! I had a new air conditioner placed June 10th on June 28th I noticed it was very hot I. Here.
I googled possible issues and it said check the filter. They never changed the filter which I did after replacing the whole unit? It has been 82-86 in here since I called them the last few days. The best tech ever Dominico came out and said the unit was put in wrong ? And the coil was filled with an ice chunk inside to which he showed me and water outside. He is coming back tomorrow to fix which was fantastic but I called the install manager Tony which never once said he was sorry only said he never heard of that and he would call me back?! Really still nothing. 86 degrees at 11 at night in my house. I get it people make mistakes but really? Apollo Heating Air Team. 06/30/20 |

After a service visit from an Xcel service company, we learned that our furnace was emitting deadly levels of CO2. I contacted 3 different companies for a quote on a new furnace. Apollo was the last company I called, but the first to respond with a knowledgeable, friendly, and proactive employee, Pete Flanigan. We were pleased with the purchase options, systems, and speed of the assessment. Pete made some suggestions on other changes that would positively affect the efficacy of the system as a whole. My furnace stopped working Friday night. I had a crack heat exchanger and needed a new furnace quickly. Pete came out to my home on Saturday to discuss furnace replacement options. I signed a contact with Apollo that day and Pete rearranged other furnace installations so my new furnace could be installed on Monday. Now that is the best service anyone could ask for. Our furnace stopped working and Apollo was out promptly and diagnosed the problem. Options were given and replacement was the best route. Pete was pout within 2 hours to determine the proper unit for our needs. The process could not have been any easier or more straight forward. It was a great experience working with the Apollo team, from our sales rep to the installation team everything went smoothly. I received a call from my security system at 5:00 am AZ time (6:00) MN time telling my low temperature alarm was triggered. From 1700 miles away I made a frantic call to my son David. He was at my house by 6:30 and noted an inside temp of 39 degrees. I told hm to call Apollo since I had them at a previous house, and a repair person was there in 1/2 hour. It was determined that the heat exchanger was dab and I needed a new furnace. A sales person was there in one hour with three bids and my son scanned them for me. After making my decision, they said that they could install the new furnace that afternoon. I am beyond amazed at the fantastic service Apollo provided (on the coldest day of the year too). Because of their quick work, my home sustained no damage from that terrible cold. Jimmy V was great. He was able to fix my furnace and even though they were out of the part that was needed he got it and came right away the next morning. The parts were reasonable and the service was top notch. I always appreciate someone who is understanding of the situation and willing to work with me to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible. I totally recommend Apollo Heating and Air. My furnace wasn't working and I was without heat on one of the coldest days on record with a wind chill of -50. Damico came over, worked hard to determine the problem and got me back up and running with heat. He was very polite and great customer service. Jimmy’s service which included initial recommendations, humidifier replacement, and the right amount of information about installation and future use of the humidifier to attain appropriate home humidity levels was exceptional. Jimmy V was exceptional. He showed up when he said he would. So he was punctual. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He was accurate. He showed us what he did and checked it over at least twice. He is very clean, didn't leave a mess, wouldn't even know he was here. Very knowledgeable and really seems to like what he does. Upgraded to thermostat that works on phone. I had an issue with my modem and Jimmy explained what needed to be done and returned to set up everything after that with no extra cost.
