Great set of guys, from Pete to the installers. The installers works great together doing there part and finishing in half the time, estimated. They kept the house clean from start to finished. Explain and tells you the next phase of the process to get the best efficiency out of your furnace. Have already given Pete's card to my co- workers/ good friend and recommended him about Apollo Heating and Air. Zach and Darin came out today to install our replacement AC. Talk about very professional, upbeat and very friendly. Our replacement took a bit longer as they had to temporarily remove our gas lines to access the coil, but talk about knowing what they were doing. Solid guys, very honest and when it comes time to replacing our furnace or other HVAC products, I only want these guys. The Sales rep, Ryan was also very easy to work with, knew his products and never tried to upsell. He took the time to explain the differences in AC models and what the ROI would be over several years. Apollo has earned our business and I will be telling others when asked for recommendations. We had our furnace tuned-up by Damon D. today. (I do not see his picture at the top, so he must be a newer technician of yours.) However, he worked like a highly experienced veteran. Damon was very cordial and polite. He was thorough, and he worked with confidence. He worked like he cared about my family and me. We just bought a furnace and air conditioner. I picked Apollo because I saw on Twin Cities Live that they give 3 furnaces a year to people that need one and can't afford one. I was not disappointed. They were awesome. Clay came out and he was so nice .... Chris and Chris did a great job with installing both. My labs were following them around and they were so patient with them. I called Apollo for my AC as it wasn't cooling very good. They did a good job with a new furnace a few years ago so thought of them first. My AC was 18 years old and leaking coolant so they fixed me up with a new one and were out the next day to install it. Dan worked all day on it and did a great job and everything passed inspections and is working great. They were very friendly and prompt. They are my go to guys for furnace and ac problems. We had our furnace,AC and water heater installed by Apollo. I can't say enough about how professional and courteous everyone was to work with, all the way from sales to techs and inside sales. One person in particular Danielle L. helped me through the whole process of scheduling and rebates. She was prompt and friendly to work with on tracking down rebates. My wife and I are extremely grateful for the amazing response from Ryan H from Apollo Heating and Air. As recent first time home buyers, we obviously don't have all the steps down when it comes to ensuring everything is up to snuff, especially where the furnace/AC is concerned. We initially did talk to a different company about quotes to replace furnace/AC. Thankfully, we were able to meet with Ryan before anything moved forward because he rocked our world! very happy with the quality of installation, yet A/C was very noisy! so noisy we had a hard time hearing the TV with the windows closed. Drew came out and saw the problem . he ordered the 2 parts and quickly fixed the problem and now it is what the sales man said . this was the quietest unit that he sells. thank you Drew , his workmanship is excellent and was on time when he said he would be. Great service when we needed a repair on the AC and again when we had trouble with the furnace. Drew highly recommended that we consider both a new AC and furnace. He made the contact with Cole and he responded right away. They both recommended the Lennox and our former furnace was a Lennox and lasted a long time.
