Your entire team was great to work with. Unfortunately the first technician was not licensed to work on my furnace but it was not an emergency so I could wait a few days. Clay has worked on my system before and he always does a great job and lets me know exactly what he has to repair. The furnace was dying and I knew it. Having received a mailing for Aiello Home Services, I decided to check them out. The technicians, Aaron J and Bill L were friendly, explained what they were doing and why in layman's terms. and were very professional. They talked to the gas company for me and waited for the gas tech to show up. Never before have I had such great customer service, and I'm a POTENTIAL new customer at this point. Eventually, I met with Tim L who explained my options and price ranges. I felt no pressure to purchase equipment from them. However, I did feel like my situation mattered to them and that they were not trying to "pull a fast one" . This is a tough situation for me yet I feel like I am in good hands. William L. 10/21/16 |

Jason was very attentive to detail and informed me of a problem with my compressor that entailed doing a chemical wash to allow the compressor to work more efficiently. We have used Airllo to put in our furnace and hot water heater and those men were phenominal. Then we had a couple service calls with not so great technicians. This time we had Ray D'Amato who was awesome, along with his helper. We ended up needing a new thermostat and he installed it. He had me adjust it so I would know how to use it. He explained everything. He also informed us about the partnership program. He and his assistant also helped us set up an energy audit by calling the office and connecting us.
I feel if all technicians treated the customers as Ray did us, other companies wouldn't have much business because Aiello would have it.

I am writing to praise the work done at our house last week. Our service technician William, arrived as scheduled, explained what was to be done, and did it perfectly. He was installing a wireless thermostat and ran into a two-hour complication, due to our house being mis-wired. Instead of making it my problem, he spent time looking up diagrams on line, and making calls to others who also had expertise. When done, even though running way behind his schedule for the day, he took the time to fully explain the system to me, and demonstrated he understood our specific goals with the device. Did a great job with performing the service on my 18 year old oil furnace and did not turn this into a pure sales pitch. I had a yearly checkup and as usual, the service was great--- I never have a problem with Aiello. I bought my heating/air system with them in 2008 and it's been great. I also used them a few times for a rental property that I since sold--- they fix it right the first time. Prior to Aiello, I used to use other services that were cheaper and whatever got fixed, never lasted-- you get what you pay for...it's that simple. I like to also thank Ken. Purchased a new Central Air Conditioner from ****** who utilize Aiello Home Services staff for the install. They came when they said they would, were profession in every way, explained everything, and cleaned up before they left. This is the second time that we have used Aiello Home Services. Mike R was out both times. Aiello called to confirm the appointment the evening before. Mike was here within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled window. Mike is quick and efficient. He explained what he was going to do and why he was doing it. Before he left he made suggestions that if followed would provide a longer usable life for the hot water heater. Mike is a good representative for the company, knowledgeable and personable.

Matt M did a great job. He explained every step of the routine plumbing inspection clearly. And the repair work we needed was excellent. There was water leaking into the basement when trying to use the outdoor faucet. He IMMEDIATELY spotted a tiny leak in the supply pipe itself, from inside the basement, fixed the pipe and expertly installed a better faucet system than the original. We are using the faucet nonstop to irrigate a newly planted lawn and it is working perfectly. Matt is super knowledgeable and really into his work.
