Just want to give a shout out to Tommy S. He serviced my furnace last week. Showed up on time. Knowledgeable, fixed the problem promptly and respected my house leaving it cleaner than he found it. Also educated me on potential issues that I may have coming down the road. Truly the best home service experience I have ever had. Jeff C came to service our heating unit which had mysteriously stopped working. He had to go to Melrose Park to pick up the motor that we needed. He was very patient and explained what was going on. He came back quickly and got to work. My mom and I felt very comfortable leaving him in the basement while we ate dinner! He had to change the circuit board too, and all the while, stubbornly checking for the cause of the malfunction. His patience and resolve saved the day. Today was an extremely windy day and a one in a million thing happened: a piece of plastic wrap (God only knows where it came from) was sucked in to the intake discharge. I told him that now I was extremely worried, and with a calming smile he told us not to worry because the chances of it happening again were rare! God bless Jeff C, it was almost 7:00 p.m., yet he took the time to explain everything, did not mind my questions, and made us feel comfortable and confident! Bought a condo that was previously serviced by AA Service for my furnace. Thought I would call them as they would have the history and glad I did. More so because of Tommy S. Tommy was on time, knowledgeable, fixed the problem at a reasonable rate. Tommy was respectful of my house leaving it cleaner than he found it. The gang at AA Service always go above and beyond the call of duty. I've always been happy with the attention to detail in their service and their honest opinion of maintaining both the air-conditioning and heating units we have at our properties. At our house, when Tom shows up, putting on plastic booties before entering shows the respect he has for our house. Even though we insist he doesn't need to, that means a lot.

Ted Telios first serviced our furnace in 2012. He was very professional and let us know what he was doing throughout his work. We were so impressed and satisfied with his work that we have requested Ted for all of our service calls. We were having some trouble with our furnace clicking on and off. Ted diagnosed the problem and installed a new intermittent ignition control unit. Problem solved, thanks to Ted!

I have had issues with my heater for years. It was the same problem every year. When Ralph came, he did not just replace the part, he did significant research into why the problem was continuously occurring even calling the heater manufacturer to determine the cause and get resolution. He explained the issue and then explained how he resolved it. I have never had a repairman who was as professional, diligent and competent as Ralph.
