My AC went down this morning; Wilson Tech Wayne J arrived at my house while I was not home; contacted me; walked me through problem, explained what was wrong then called me back to explain what he did to fix the problem. All while I was at work. I was thrilled I did not have to lose time at work to go home. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with Wilson. The customer service is amazing... friendly, polite, and professional. We have the Comfort Care Package, which includes a set monthly budget payment, a free yearly cleaning, 24/7 emergency service, and a basic parts warranty for our furnace. Customer Service actually calls US to schedule the yearly cleaning! They are truly concerned with their customers and providing the best service possible. Last year, we needed emergency service on a major holiday, and the technician was at our house within the hour after we called the customer service number. We canceled our contract because oil price is too high. I have my own business with diesel trucks. When I start paying more for fuel oil than what I pay for diesel on my trucks, it was time to cancel with Wilson.
