M.R. was the technician who helped us with a problem with one of our pumps on our heating system. The circulation pump was overheating. He replaced the pump and corrected an air leak in the system. A super job!!! Mike R. 02/15/17 |

As always with Wilson we only get the best service with little or no wait for appointments. The staff always goes above and beyond their call to help customers out and are happy to do it. Much thanks! They can turn a stressful situation into a low stress problem solved situation. As with most service contracts, one never knows how good they and the company providing it are- until you have a problem.
I had a problem and I am very satisfied with Wilsons results.
The dispatcher in particular impressed me , it took 2 service calls back to back to identify and resolve the problem.
I would highly recommend a service contract from Wilson, response was immediate, mechanics were professional and personable, the boss was precise and realized a second set of eyes would benefit the trouble shooting process. Mike R. 01/09/17 |

Wilson oil made replacing my oil tank effortless. The came out inspected my old tank and and gave me several options for replacement. I choose the tank I wanted and they came out on a day that was most convenient for me and replaced my tank. The guys who showed up were professional and respectful of my house. I had asked the service person to turn off the basement lights when he left. He turned off one of them but left the other one on. I was really disappointed with that. It happened on a day where I worked my second job so I didn't get home til really late at night and the light was on since 8 in the morning. That wasn't a good thing. 01/07/17 |

The oil seems to drop very low in the tank. And then I have to call. It happened last year and this year. I called and stated tank was low in December, and it took 1 1/2 weeks before oil truck came. The driver stated we would have been lucky to get another night. I thought we were on automatic fill up. And the heater doesn't seem to be getting cleaned very well. 01/07/17 |

We moved into our house 5 years ago and chose Wilson to handle both our oil delivery and service in addition to our AC servicing. We came home on Christmas Eve day at 7:30am, and had the furnace was not working. The house was 42 degrees. We called Wilson, and Mike R was there within an hour and replaced some parts, and got our furnace working within 20 minutes. The service tech Matt never gave me any options for going forward once he determined that my furnace was too old to service. He made assumptions and took things apart then left my system right in the middle of the service call. Then Manager Larry called made allegations of aspestos which were false per other oil company's inspection And he was very confrontational and aggressive toward me which was very offensive. . I had high hopes for a relationship with Wilson's which never transpired. I was very disappointed. 11/25/16 |

We were disappointed initially with your sales person. The reason for her visit was for us to obtain a second propane tank. She was not aware that we could not have a tank which we owned plus a new tank from Wilson. She did tell us that our tank was against code and must be moved. Her estimate was much lower than what we had to pay however when we saw all the work that was necessary to meet our needs we thought that it was very fair.

I had my first service with Wilson propane recently and the service was great. The cleaning of my oil furnace was the best I've ever seen because I watch when people work on my appliances and heaters etc. scheduling was easy and the oil plan that I signed up for was very comprehensive in terms of the parts that are under warranty for replacement should my heater break in the winter.
I shopped around for a while and I am glad that I went with Wilson
